“We essentially have three teams – research, writing, and capture/sales. We identify contract opportunities, vet the opportunities, and write. On the communication side, we talk with our capture clients at least once per week. We have a weekly status call as a placeholder to go over found opportunities, opportunities the client decided to go for, etc. During the bid process, there is a constant flow of communication between capture and the client to ensure all the resources are ready to submit a bid.
