Tell me a little about what you currently do at JetCo Solutions.
I manage the daily operations of the JetCo Solutions organization. Our team is a diverse set of individuals who actively engage in our processes to ensure our clients get the best opportunities to win government and teaming opportunities.
What's your favorite aspect of being the Director of Client Services?
My favorite aspect of being the Director of Client Services is providing leadership and direction to a team of wonderful people who make small and large impacts on our clients each day.
If you could use three words to describe JetCo Solutions' clients, what would they be?
Tenacious. Experts. Leaders.
If you could describe the JetCo Solutions team in one word, what would it be?
If I could describe the JetCo Solutions team in one word it would be dynamic. The team is constantly challenged by changing environments and continues to move forward, progressing toward a common goal - to WIN for our clients.
If you could be any JetCo office dog, which one would you be and why?
If I could be any JetCo office dog it would likely be Sasha. She is loyal, honest, and protective of her pack.
What makes JetCo Solutions different than other companies helping with government sales?
JetCo Solutions is different than other companies supporting government sales because we offer the full life cycle of government sales support. Our team is designed to give you a dedicated effort in enhancing your current commercial business with government contracts through capture, research, and proposal management activities. We are the business to go to for increasing your performance in the government space. Not everyone can do it, but we bring on clients that we know can WIN and perform to high government standards.
Do you have a favorite client story or client win? If so, what is it?
There are many successes I could brag about because all our clients have unique and wonderful stories. However, there is one client that represents how our services are impactful almost immediately. This client was with another consulting firm providing similar services and did not win a contract during their time with them. This client, in their first submission to the government under JetCo Solutions, won a whopping $132 million contract. It plays to picking a tenacious client base that has expertise in their field and has both company and industry leadership. These qualities make our clients successful in government sales. When our clients win, we win!
