To support a employees’ well being, all team members have access to a customized Employee Assistance Program (EAP) from one of the Nation’s leading mental health providers. The program provides outside counselors, resources, and referrals to assist employees and their immediate family members with services that address mental health, stress, depression, substance abuse, financial concerns, elder care issues, well-being, and legal matters.
Along with our EAP, we also offer an Employee Wellness Program created by a local, small business. The Wellness Program includes financial health, mental health, physical health, and overall well-being challenges that employees compete in to build camaraderie, win prizes, and earn bragging rights among co-workers.
With position specific goals, regular formal and informal assessments, and transparent company communication, our team members always know what is expected of them and what success looks like—and our bonus program rewards that success.
In addition to these programs, we encourage employees to continue to learn by investing in training programs and sessions. We pay for legal fees to create an Estate Plan. And we support them and the community with paid, volunteer time off.
