Robert B. Frazer Joins JetCo Solutions as Project and Capture Manager

Grand Rapids, MICH (February 6, 2024) — JetCo Solutions, a Grand Rapids-based government sales and marketing organization, recently welcomed a new team member.

Rob Frazer recently joined the JetCo Solutions team as a Project Manager and Capture Manager. In this role, he connects with JetCo’s clients by providing project management and business consulting services. This enables his clients to capture and win grant and contract opportunities in the government sector.

Rob recently retired from Active Duty with the Michigan Army National Guard with over thirty years of military service and senior level management experience. Some of Rob’s prior assignments include several strategic-level positions and multiple combat deployments. Prior to his active-duty time, Rob spent over eleven years in the automotive manufacturing industry in both production and project management.

“As a veteran, working for a Vet owned small business supporting the Warfighter is important to me. I appreciate being able to apply my industry and military experience to find solutions for the client, learn new business skills, and grow our defense industry partners,” Robert says when asked about his favorite part of the job. “I’m also working on my PMP certification in order to keep current with best practices,” he added. In his spare time, he focuses on supporting veteran and animal rescue causes.

Robert graduated with his masters in Technical and Professional Communication from Lawrence Technological University and his Bachelor of Arts in Advertising and History from Marquette University.
