Riley Winchester Advances to Capture Manager at JetCo Solutions

Grand Rapids, MICH. (February 8, 2023) — JetCo Solutions, a Grand Rapids-based government sales and marketing organization, has promoted Riley Winchester to Capture Manager.

For the last two years, Riley worked at JetCo as a member of the proposal management team where he managed and created proposals for clients. He most recently served as Proposal Team Lead—directing the day-to-day proposal operations and team. As Capture Manager, he will manage capture clients and work collaboratively with JetCo Solutions’ research and proposal management teams to develop comprehensive capture strategies. 

Riley graduated from Grand Valley State University with a Bachelor of Arts in History and a minor in Writing.
