RanDee Hartman Takes on New Role at JetCo

Grand Rapids, MICH. (September 5, 2023) — JetCo Solutions, a Grand Rapids-based government sales and marketing organization, has promoted RanDee Hartman to Associate Director of Client Services.

In her new role, RanDee is responsible for ensuring client satisfaction and directs the proposal management and research functions. RanDee also retains her role as the Proposal Team Lead. In this role, she supervises a team of Proposal Managers, Grant Writers, and Technical Writers to perform proposal management and administration services for clients. Additionally, she works with clients to manage and draft proposals that win with government.

RanDee previously worked at JetCo Solutions as a Technical Writer and Senior Technical Writer. She’s also served as a Senior Proposal Associate at Ripple Effect and was an Editor for a visual audio company.

RanDee graduated from Grand Valley State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Writing. She also holds a Federal Proposal Management and Writing Certificate from Shipley Associates.
