RanDee Hartman Returns to JetCo Solutions as Proposal Team Lead

Grand Rapids, MICH. (February 8, 2023) — JetCo Solutions, a Grand Rapids-based government sales and marketing organization, welcomed a returning team member this month.

RanDee Hartman rejoins the JetCo Solutions team as the Proposal Team Lead. In this role, she supervises a team of Proposal Managers and Technical Writers to perform proposal management and administration services for clients. Additionally, she works with clients to manage and draft proposals that win with government.  

RanDee previously worked at JetCo Solutions as a Technical Writer and Senior Technical Writer before transitioning to a Senior Proposal Associate at Ripple Effect. Prior to her roles at JetCo Solutions, RanDee was an Editor for a visual audio company where she was the team lead for multiple projects. 

RanDee graduated from Grand Valley State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Writing. She also holds a Federal Proposal Management and Writing Certificate from Shipley Associates.
