Measurements — Pass Rates

We measure everything; one of the important metric is our pass rate, which tells us how frequently clients bid on the opportunities we send them. Our collective average pass rate (for all clients) this year is 69%, with individual client pass rates ranging from 31% to 83%. The most common reasons for bid passes are:

Unable to attend the mandatory site visit
Bonding requirements are too high
Project is too small
Project contains items that the client would need a teaming partner to assist with
Not licensed in the place of performance state
Specifications seemed wired for incumbent
