Bob started as a medical records clerk, then becoming the training coordinator at St. Mary’s Hospital for the implementation of their first electronic medical records. He also worked as a business analyst and trainer for the Michigan Public Health Institute and as a process improvement facilitator and analyst for the Lakeshore Health Network physician network. He recently spent time in manufacturing as a scheduling and inventory manager at Surefil, LLC and a technical writer at Kraft Heinz.
