Melissa Grasman, Capture Manager
Melissa Grasman is a Capture Manager at JetCo Solutions. In this role, she connects with JetCo’s clients by providing project management and business consulting services. This enables her clients to capture and win grant and contract opportunities in the government sector.
Past Experience
Melissa began at JetCo as a Junior Proposal Manager, working her way up to the Proposal Management Team Lead position.
Prior to JetCo, she worked as a litigation paralegal where she dealt extensively with the drafting of legal documents and assisting in courtroom hearings. Melissa also has experience in project management and proposals from her time as an Operations Manager at an engineering firm.
