Reporting Structure: Reports to the Director of Finance and Admin, works collaboratively with Leadership and F&A Team

Employment: Non-Exempt, Full-time

Work Location: Hybrid - Grand Rapids

Responsibilities: 

As a Marketing Coordinator, you will: Develop and implement marketing campaigns, initiatives, and projects to increase brand awareness, drive lead generation, and support sales objectives. Collaborate with other teams to identify target markets and develop lead generation strategies. Gather and analyze data from various marketing channels, generate reports, and provide insights to optimize marketing strategies. Plan, coordinate, and execute various training events and webinars and participate in trade shows. Ensure the company website is up-to-date, visually appealing, and user-friendly, regularly updating content, images, and ensuring functionality.

Mandatory Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, public relations, communications, or related field
  • 0-2 years of marketing experience, this includes soon-to-be or recent graduates with internship experience
  • Experience developing and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns
  • Outstanding writing and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at once with exceptional follow through
  • Experience creating and modifying content on WordPress or similar website platforms
  • Demonstrated understanding of social media and content development
  • Strong customer service mindset
  • Ability to work well either alone or as part of a team
  • Ability to follow oral and written instructions

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with email marketing
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
  • Working knowledge of Google Analytics
  • Working knowledge of search engine optimization
  • Experience developing and executing events
  • Working knowledge or proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM
  • Experience with EOS® (Entrepreneurial Operating System)
